Guy-David Lambrechts

Guy-David is the designer of the eponymous Antwerp-based fashion label, of which tailor-made men’s fashion is its specialty. Our custom-made products are entirely adjusted to your personality and physique.

Already at the age of eighteen, Guy-David designed his first collection. Over the course of the past few years, he specialized in designing men suits, which makes him unique in this industry.

In contrast with a traditional tailor, Guy-David is an authentic designer, which has a major influence on his suits. Constantly innovating and rediscovering.

Besides suits, Guy-David also offers coats, shirts and a wide range of accessories, such as ties, bow ties, suspenders and scarves/ shawls.

These are all custom-made, and each creation is unique, as we only produce a limited amount of our self-designed fabric.

More than custom-made clothes

Custom-made clothes involve more than merely measuring and cutting the fabric following the appropriate design. It entails a process of creating, which is something we do together with you.

In doing so, we use colours and textures that suit you and match the location and your concept, mostly by adding the appropriate final touch, that brings your personality to the fore. Do we need to think outside the box in order to accomplish this? Absolutely.

We have more than 500 fabrics at our disposal, from which you can choose one for your suit, your pants or your shirt. Next, we offer handmade shoes, which can be covered with the fabric used for your pants or suit. Moreover, we offer the possibility to have your initials or logo embroidered on our products. Our suits are always finished off with fabric-covered buttons.

Creating sustainably

Sustainability is important for us as well. In this respect, we launched our FEF label. This stands for Fair Eco Fashion, as we produce our fabrics in a sustainable way, thereby providing our employees with fair wages. We believe that fashion should regain its authentic status, and that people who participate in fashion should be paid fairly for the valuable work they do. We have our own atelier in Europe, where our seamstresses can do their work with passion in perfect circumstances. Our pursuit of sustainability is also revealed by our designs and our modus operandi: in contrast with other fashion labels, we provide our products with more fabric in between the seams.

In this way, we can always adjust your clothes whenever you wish so, so that you can wear them whenever you want and do not have to throw them away when they do not fit anymore. Moreover, our decoration fabrics in variant, often contrasting colours characterize our label. Not only do they create a modern look, they also allow for a creation of a new look by just one new item. The fact that our suits can be worn and combined over and over again is fundamental for our FEF principle.

Guarantee of quality

We guarantee you to deliver the result you desired. Because of the expertise which we have perpetuated for years, we often receive media attention, which prompts us to create a transparent procedure. However, if there are any mistakes, we fix them immediately. This does not only concern wear and tear, but also adjustments necessary because of a changed physique.

We provide you with fashion advice for specific occasions. We create a unique design, based on your physique, personality, concept and location. The choice for a fabric is based on the client’s intrinsic colours, determined by the colour of the skin, the eyes and the hair.
